Tri-Drive

Originally designed for our own Jr. Fuel car, it utilizes some of the most common components of the modern hard-core race car. A MSD magneto, with standard “Dunn” cross drive and band clamp mount drives straight through with absolutely no play. A fuel pump with standard Enderle QD kit or Waterman quick disconnect clamp is mounted off to the side. The top was designed for a vacuum pump, but due to the enhanced design of this unit, it is rugged enough to accept whatever you need on it and not have to worry about broken belts or broken cases. It uses a 8mm radius tooth belt that is 20 mm wide, ball bearings on each side of the belt, and all billet construction. 

One of our most radical units used a 44-amp mag, a 22-gpm fuel pump, and a 7-stage dry sump pump.

These have been track tested for 6 years now at up to 11,000 RPM (engine) and have won 6 Jr. Fuel National Championships. Craig Bourgeois has also used this on his record setting A and B/ND in Competition Eliminator as well as several others.
