Full Floater Axle Kit

The Neil & Parks Full Floater Axle Tube Kit is available in 4 3/4", 5", and 5 1/2" wheel bolt patterns with either steel or carbon brake rotors with 40 Spline drive plates. The design features interchangeable Steel or Carbon Fiber rotors, you can buy steel rotors now and easily upgrade to carbon fiber later. The rotors are designed with a "lug" drive so that as the rotors expand they don't stress the hub/rotor causing excessive warpage, a major issue when rotors get overheated. If you've ever tried getting the bolts out of a regular design rotor, you know what we're talking about!

Studs can be either steel or titanium with steel or aluminum nuts. Ball bearings are included which are easily upgraded to ceramic for the racer who wants the least friction possible.

Available in 40 spline only as that is all you can buy an axle for nowadays. Spindles are extra long for added support and allows the ability to use our "tubeless" rear end housings much easier.

Unlike our competition, parts will be available for these for quite some time. Chassis builder discounts apply.

Full Floater Hub Kit Instruction Manual

Designed for use in conjunction with our Tubeless Floater Housing, a typical assembly weighs 45 lbs with all steel components, that's about 10-15 lbs lighter than a tube style floater.

  • We will not obsolete parts. We might change designs, but we will still offer service for our old designs unless there is a safety issue.
  • Any width housing can be made with our floater kit, without adding material, up to 40" hub face to hub face when using one of our tubeless housings.
  • Tubeless Floater Housings are easier to build, much lighter and lower cost overall than old style Tube Floater setups.

  • Dual 1.750" Piston Calipers for 7% more clamping force (will cause uneven pad wear)

  • Upgrade to High Temperature Seals (for cars that drag brakes downtrack)
  • Upgrade to Short Titanium Studs with Aluminum Nuts and No Washers with 1/2" grip length (Lightest)
  • Upgrade to Long Titanium Studs with Aluminum Nuts and 1/2" Magnesium Washers for 1" grip length (Lightest/Most Versatile)
