All custom orders must be paid in full by certified funds before leaving our door for all customers without approved credit.
Pricing Notice
$50 minimum order required on all purchases.
The regular price of all product and service sales will include the addition of a 4% service charge for all credit card purchases.
Cash Discount - As an incentive for customers we now provide a discount to pay with cash or in-store gift card by giving a discount on the service charge.
Warning
Modification of your cars engine, chassis or driveline to enhance performance with the parts purchased from Neil & Parks may create a dangerous condition which could cause serious bodily injury and the buyer hereby expressly assumes all risks associated with any such modification.
Disclaimer of Warranty
Seller disclaims any warranty express or implied with respect to the parts sold hereby whether as to merchantability, fitness for particular purpose or any other matter.
All sales are final. All deposits are non-refundable. All claims for shortages must be submitted within 10 days of receipt. Any returns must be within 30 days of ship date and be approved by Neil & Parks. Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom orders are non-returnable.
